In William Shakespeare's play,
Twelfth Night: Or What You Will,
Illyria is described as a place of constant flux. The atmosphere of this
world is full of delirium, full of possibility, and (most importantly)
full of deception. However, Illyria does not exist separately from the
minds of its inhabitants; rather, it is a multi-faceted reflection of
their collective psyche.
This music is about landscapes. It is about constructing a frame of mind.
It is both internal and external. I have created a finite collection of
notes, but you will experience them in a unique way. This music
is intended as more than just background noise: it is an attempt to
construct an entire frame of mind.

 | Illyria - Box
This track is a hybrid of spoken word and
musical sensibilities. The original poem, "Box", was written
in Fall, 2004 and can be found here.
"Box" is my first attempt (ever) to integrate a vocal track with the
musical sounds of Illyria.

 | Illyria - Shades of Zero
I feel this song is an accurate
representation of the colors that permeate my life. It is the most
unified
musical composition I have ever created, and incorporates elements of
trance, industrial, hip-hop,
and abstraction. There is something beneath the surface of electronic
music, a desire to break free
of the limitations inherent in digital media. This song attempts to
bring analog 'noise' back into a
context of perfection, something I feel is vastly important in this
age of discrete continuity. I am
pleased to announce that it has been included on a compilation of New
Mexican electronica
produced by Fear Studios,
Burque Luv Volume 5.

 | Illyria
- Secrecy
Industrial overtones draped over
a skeleton of trance and
electronica. Subtle shades of light and
dark,
carefully mixed over a period of six months.

 | Illyria
- Light Infusion
My
first track, finished in December 2000. Gentle elements of trance
mixed with techno and
electronica. This song is about creating a mood,
and then freezing that mood into the depths of
your mind. "Light Infusion" was included
on a professional
compilation available from Fear
Studios,
Burque Luv Volume 4.
